I don't need your apology Buhari Tells Cameron
It takes two to tango. The person that entered the ceiling to steal a jar of palm oil and the person that assisted to bring it down are both thieves.....
At the ongoing anti-corruption summit in London, Nigerian President Buhari responded to David Cameron's statement yesterday that Nigeria and Afghanistan are "fantastically corrupt countries",
Saying "Am not going to demand any apology. All I'll demand is return of assets. What would I do with apology? I need something tangible."
Buhari, said I call for establishment of an anti-corruption infrastructure that will trace and return stolen assets to their countries of origin.
"Unfortunately, repatriating stolen assets is tedious, time consuming, costly. It entails more than just signing of bilateral agreements.
Buhari also revealed that the anti-corruption agencies have been revitalized to tackle the monster...A radical departure from the past.
